Refund policy
At SURNOVA, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
- Returns & Refunds: Since all SURNOVA products are made-to-order and personalized by Printful, we cannot accept returns for buyer’s remorse or change of mind.
- Eligible cases for return or refund: Damaged products, Printing errors, Incorrect items received
- Reporting issues: Any issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Contact us at surnova.brand@gmail.com with photos and details of the problem. We will review the case and coordinate with Printful to issue a replacement or refund.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items, personalized products (customized prints), or items damaged due to misuse.
- Processing time: Once the issue is approved, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
